Its time to say goodbye to another year, to reflect on my achievements (oh so many!) and to let go of my regrets <—oh wait….there are NONE!!! My one and only resolution for the new year is the following: to be greater than last year ;)
Now an update from the holiday season.
Christmas was awesome! Instead of going to visit my family they came to me :) Of course being guest in my house led to me to doing most of the cooking. Cooking for 4-5 people…ok not so bad, but 15 crazy, loud people could be a bit challenging, really putting me to the test, but there is NOTING I cant do :) I didn't even break a sweat. I cooked my special dipping sauce for bread, bruschetta, fish, salad, green beans, potatoes….Everything turned out amazing! It was a non stop party from the 23rd till the 27th. Finally getting to relax and catch up on some sleep before I flew out to miami for New Years Eve. The weather was amazing, mid 70s. My friends and I headed down to south beach where thousands of people walked the strip waiting for the countdown to begin and the fireworks to go off. It was my first time being on the strip and not a club and I will admit it was an amazing time. Afterwards we got a table and racked up a 1k bill…buying bottles of pinot and several appetizers. After that we headed to mansion to party some more and dance the night away. Best New Years thus far. When I got back to my hotel room I couldn't wait to kick off my shoes. My feet were so sore and swollen! Right then and there would have been a good time to have a foot slave around. The next day I lounged around in bed all day and ordered some room service. The following day was some more girl time, catching up over some dinner and drinks. And finally, my trip wouldn't be complete without stopping by Dorakus for some tuna tataki :) MMMMmmmm the best in town!

I leave off with the following- It's time for you to make a goal for 2013. "I will serve Princess Lisa to my highest potential!"
Now let me say this- Don't say it unless you plan to DO it.
